【 Characteristics 】 This product belongs to PVC thermoplastic elastomer, with a hand feel equivalent to 1400PHR of PVC. It has a strong genuine leather texture, small compression permanent deformation and thermal deformation, high strength, excellent ultra soft wear resistance and scratch resistance, excellent resilience, and excellent mechanical properties similar to rubber. It is suitable as a partial rubber substitute for calendering artificial leather and film.

Application Description

1. This product is particularly suitable for surface modification of dry imitation ultra soft calendered artificial leather products.

2. This product has excellent wear and scratch resistance.

3. The specific addition amount can be adjusted according to product requirements.

4. This product overcomes the pungent odor problem of general modified elastomers and is suitable for products with VOC requirements.

5. This product can also be used in film products to improve elongation, impact resistance, and high elasticity modification.
